Our Content: All AI-generated materials, platform features, design, and technology are owned by LetMeGraduate and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform without permission.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload copyrighted materials without proper authorization
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate academic integrity policies or use our service to cheat

5. Third-Party Services

Academic Responsibility: Our service is designed as a study aid. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content and maintaining academic integrity. LetMeGraduate is not a substitute for proper studying, attending classes, or completing assignments honestly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetMeGraduate and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or academic standing
• Service interruptions or errors in AI-generated content
• Actions taken based on information from our platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetMeGraduate from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

11. Termination
